We are exceedingly proud of our firstborn cria, Trillium. As our firstborn, we gave her the other name for Wake Robin. Our Trillium is outstanding in every way. Her fleece is bright, fine, and dense with 6-7 crimps per inch. The staple length is exceptional. Judge Diana Timmerman said that when she saw Trillium enter the show ring she could not wait to sink her hands into her fleece and that she did not disappoint. You need to experience the handle of her fleece to see what luxurious alpaca fiber is all about. Trillium has a strong, correct conformation and a beautiful head. She comes from a line of champions and is a champion herself. Even though we only showed her twice, she brought home the Reserve Championship at the Alpacas in the Ozarks 2005 show and 4th place in her large class at the 2006 Futurity. And, to top it all off, Trillium has a very special charisma that is hard to resist. She has passed along this exceptional temperament to her crias. Trillium is full Peruvian. She is to be bred this winter to our outstanding new herdsire, Incandescent. This cria should be fine and dense. Trillium and Inca both have beautiful heads.
